Ms. Shalini Dhital is a Team leader for the project Building Community Resilience to combat Human Trafficking. In this role she oversees the project focused on Human trafficking, addressing the TIP responsive awareness level of stakeholders on Trafficking in person (TIP), strengthening the referral pathways to foster prevention, protection and prosecution of TIP and also enhance the capacity of local authorities to promote TIP responsive Governance at local level. All the legal procedures required for the project implementation is done by her.  She has completed  her post graduation in Social Work from Bharti Vidyapeeth University in India.
